Let me introduce myself, my name is Nicholas (Nick) Gooding and have been living and enjoying life in Spain with my wife since 2004. Originally when we came to Spain we settled in Hondon de los Frailes and spent many a good year there, later we sold and moved to Chinorlet Monovar where we have purchased a cave house and have been reforming it since 2012. During our time here we have been selling and installing security alarm systems and CCTV, construction and property maintenance in and around the Costa Blanca area and have many satisfied customers, friends and an extensive knowledge of where and who to use.
We will undertake and have taken on many jobs be it construction or minor monthly maintenance. If you are looking for somebody to be your key holder and check on your property and let people in for you this can also be arranged.
When the job is out of our comfort zone, we can as we have been here for so long be able to put you in touch with likewise professionals.
OUR idea is you’ve possibly come to Spain to retire and don’t want to do all of the tedious maintenance of your property so let us come in and sort it out for you, whether it a one off or on a monthly contract.

Originally the system we sold and installed which the manufacturer has ceased producing which has led to researching, finding and testing new products, we have found this in the Ajax Systems, incidentally Ajax was in 2017 the WINNER of the intruder alarm of the year award at the Security and Fire Excellence awards, beating some of the giants in the industry. Not bad for a company that’s only been about since 2011.
The old system we installed was connected via GSM and if activated for any reason would send SMS’s (texts) to yours and your key holder’s standard mobile phone and the information was limited. Now with the way technology has moved on we can now connect you via your home Wi-Fi or Ethernet internet connection with a GSM sim card back up. This will allow us to connect IP cameras to your system, this means if you should have alarm activation you can view, download and share whatever you can see via the live link on your App with your smart phone or tablet anywhere in the world. These images or videos can then be given as evidence police and insurance company.
The new Ajax system also has an open unobstructed radio frequency range of up to 2000m which gives more options to protect your precious property anywhere in the property.
We can also offer you as a piece of mind (subject to signal) to supply a GSM telephone sim card that goes inside the control panel for back up on a annual contract, this is to take the stress of making sure the alarm works if the internet or power goes out.
All our systems are covered by a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty, 1st year product failure and labour (not including batteries) and the 2nd product failure (not including batteries) only.

We install Safire CCTV this is wired using RG59 cable back to a video recorder and a UPS battery back up, we normally use the UPS for the power to your internet so if there is a power cut for some reason then your internet will still function for a short while allowing you to view your property worldwide.
All cameras are 1080p and are of excellent quality and the APP is user friendly. All systems can be adapted for your needs and pockets and if combined with a AJAX exterior alarm system gives you a fantastic home security system with excellent back up and service.
